When You are claiming the staff costs kindly start with the the V7 form.

In addition to it, please, fill in and sign the Helsinki University fee form (some times also called University of Helsinki Staff reimbursement form).

When the fee is paid to a non-resident (in Finland) a tax at source card must also be provided simultaneously.
The university can also apply the card on one´s behalf from the local authoroties. In this case one should enclose a signed tax at source application form along with the lecture fee form. The tax office will absolve e.g. British residents of tax at source in case they deliver the University the Certificate of Residence signed by the local British authoroties.
